One form, one purpose.

This site collects one thing, in one place: the email address you type into the launch-list form, if you choose to. Everything below is about that.

What is collected

• Your email address, when you submit the launch-list form. Nothing is recorded about which page you sent it from.
• Nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no cookie set by this site.

What it is used for

To tell you about the Kill Room Analog Multi Effect — a demo, a price, an availability date. That’s the whole list. Your address is not sold, rented, traded, or used for anything else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Where it goes

The form posts to Brevo, which stores the addresses and sends the mail. Brevo is a European company and its servers are outside New Zealand. Kill Room does not run its own database of addresses.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask for it to be deleted, or until the launch list has served its purpose and is closed — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@killroom.co.nz and it will be done.

Hosting

This site is served as static files by Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, its infrastructure logs requests — including IP addresses — for operational and security purposes. Those logs are Google's, are not used by Kill Room for analytics, and are not combined with anything above.

Changes

If this changes — a shop, a support system, anything that collects more than a name on a list — this page changes with it.
